By using Аукција you agree to these terms. The company is not registered yet; card charges wait until a legal entity can take them. The product still works as described.

• You must be able to enter a contract, use a real phone number, and list only vehicles you may sell.
• Listings must be complete and honest. Staff may reject or cancel. Staff do not inspect the vehicle.
• Аукција does not pick up, store, transport, or guarantee vehicles. Keys and papers stay with the seller until the two parties agree.
• We may ban accounts that abuse bidding, fake listings, or fail to hand over a vehicle after taking payment.
• Auction rules are part of these terms. Macedonian law will apply once the company exists; until then this is the product description you bid and list under.
